Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping on all orders within the UAE. Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to deliver.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: All items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 14 days.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.
